Read the user’s manuals and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) carefully before using KOPA® KOPA Polyamide(PA) Engineering Plastic Cautions in use 2. As KOPA® is packed with moisture proof method in its dry condition, please make sure to open it right before using it. 3. Please comply with the followings in using KOPA® (1) Eliminate the resin from cylinder before and after the work. Particularly, eliminate the resin completely so as not to have some of it left in the cylinder, nozzles and hot runners. (2) Furthermore, when you cleanse the cylinder with other resins, use transparent polystylene. (3) When you use the resin after having KOPA® opened for a long time, dry it in the dehumidifier with an air exhauster under the condition of 80C x 6 hours. (4) When resin is exposed to open air with resin temperature lower than room temperature, the moisture on the surface of resin can be congealed. So keep the temperature of package the same as or higher than room temperature before use. 18 19
