an array of services and devotes considerable resources
to the development of new business concepts capable of
reducing costs in the supply chain – to both customers
and suppliers.
Logistics and support services
Satair ensures on-time deliveries with our innovative
supply chain management solutions. Our logistics and
support services include performance management,
kitting services, 7/24/365 AOG service and the Integrated
Purchasing Program (IPP®), which addresses procurement difficulties related to low-usage parts. Satair has a
global logistics network and warehouses in Europe, the
Middle East, Asia Pacific, China and the United States.
Audited and approved
Satair focuses on ensuring high quality in all elements
of our business and our quality assurance system is
certified by DNV according to EN/AS 9120, ISO 9001:2000
ASA-100 and FAA AC 00-56A.
In addition, Satair holds QSF-D (Germany) and QUALIFAS (France) OEM approvals. All Satair principals are
approved by the appropriate authorities under FAR-21
and EASA PART 21 regulations for component parts and
Qualified Product List (QPL) for standard parts.
Traceability
Satair’s quality system provides complete parts traceability. Any part supplied by Satair is in accompanied by
the required airworthiness/conformity certificate. We
maintain FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or other appropriate
certificates on file.
Competent technical support
A can-do attitude combined with some of the industry’s
best and brightest minds ensures you receive fast, accurate and friendly service. Satair’s multi-lingual customer
service and support employees have in-depth product
knowledge and are excellent technical resources. The
Product Management Department in Satair also provides
technical support on behalf of the OEMs to all customers
as and when it is required.
Sophisticated IT solutions
Thanks to the same ERP system shared by all the Satair offices worldwide, we have the capability to check
inventory availability and order status at all locations
and transfer stock to meet customers’ needs. Greater
parts availability, shorter lead time and more efficient
inventory management are the results of our continuous
multi-customer demand forecasting as well.
Satair Direct, our web-based e-commerce system, gives
registered customers access to real-time supply chain
information 24/7/365. This includes secure access to
quotations, order placement, inventory monitoring, shipping information and order tracking, regardless of how
the order was placed.
Component repair and overhaul services
The Satair Component Repair and Overhaul Services
Centre in Singapore is authorized to repair and overhaul
components manufactured by selected component/
rotable OEMs. This facility holds airworthiness approvals from CAAS, EASA/CAA UK, FAA, CAAC, DCA Malaysia,
DOA Thailand, DGAC Indonesia and ATO Philippines.
Satair repair capabilities encompass roughly 2,500 part
numbers and include warranty and after-warranty repair,
upgrades and modifications. Product lines supported by
Test, Repair and Overhaul services are marked (R&O).
