Care and installation
When raw aluminium is installed.
- Clean gloves must be worn when installing the product, finger prints will show and should be removed.
- Any maintenance or cleaning must carried out when the power is switched off.
- For cleaning the aluminium , a dry paper cloth should be used initially, if tougher marks need removing use ‘Lotoxane’ (on a dry clean cloth) which is a degreasing agent. If in doubt please ask us, as using the wrong cleaning fluid could damage the surface of the aluminium. Do not use water!!
- The light fitting should be cleaned regularly to keep dust off the top of the product, a dry cloth should be used
for this .
- Failure to clean regularly could result in marks on the aluminium and the loss of light form the top of the profile.
