When both shut-off valves are de-energized, the inlet pressure can be measured from the inlet pressure test point. When the solenoid valve EV1 is energized, the 1st gas valve opens and the pilot outlet is enabled. While energizing the 2nd solenoid valve EV2, the 2nd gas valve also opens and the gas flow goes through the main outlet. The outlet pressure can be measured from the outlet pressure test point. 1 OFF 2 Pilot Outlet Enabled 3 Main Outlet Enabled 3 SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS Measurements of the inlet and outlet pressure The outlet pressure is automatically modulated by the servo pressure regulator with step motor connected to PCB controller. Inlet pressure can be measured by using an approprite screw driver (width 4mm x thickness 0.8mm) to turn the screw (No.1) in counter-clockwise direction a few turns and then measure by proper instruments. The outlet pressure can be measured in the same manner above by turning the screw (No.2). After taking pressure readings, ensure to turn screws in clockwise direction to tighten firmly with proper torque. Adjustment of the gas flow to the pilot burner outlet The default setting for each valve is to adjust the pilot to maximum gas flow. The gas flow to the pilot burner can be adjusted by turning the pilot adjusting screw (No.3) in clockwise direction to reduce.
