SiteMonitor is a power equipment monitoring software developed by Emerson Network Power Co., Ltd. It can monitor the Emerson
Liebert UPS, precision cooling system, SPM server power management system, STS and LTS series Static Transfer Switch. It can also
monitor the temperature, humidity, smoke, water immersion and infrared sensor via signal adapter.
SiteMonitor can operate on the Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX and HP-UX, and can be accessed via WEB browser. You can use any
computer connected to network to log in this software to monitor and manage the equipment.
Provide remote monitoring development service for other intelligent equipment based on SiteMonitor monitoring platform.
Main functions of SiteMonitor:
Simple and fast installation, supporting Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX and HP-UX, and providing
management across platforms
Support auto searching and configuration of equipment so as to make the user free of manual
configuration
Current data query. Can query the current operating data and active alarm data of the
equipment
Alarm notification. When the equipment has an alarm, it can send Email and SMS or dial phone
number to notify the user
Perform the remote measurement, remote control and remote adjustment operations to the
equipment that have these remote functions. It can perform remote management functions to
Emerson Liebert UPS, precision cooling system and server power management system (SPM)
Real time monitoring of IDC room environment, can acquire the environment data
(temperature, humidity, smoke, water immersion and infrared sensor data), and 3-phase AC
power data and DC data
Convenient report query. Provide equipment alarm report, operation data report and
operation record report, and report display by page and data expor ting function available
Powerful manpower management function. Can perform the operations of "adding, modifying
and deleting staff information", and can grant an employee the authority according to the
employee's responsibility
Fast recovery of the system data without affecting other users
Can cooperate with safety shutdown software to protect the operation data of computer OS

Network Shutdown Software is a part of SiteMonitor soft ware.
It receives the event data from UPS and processes the events
according to the pre-defined event processing solution
Messaging service, command file execution and computer
shutdown functions provided
The main purpose is to process the UPS events and save the
event data to your computer or shut down the computer
safely according to your settings
The following drawing shows the position of safe shutdown
software in the UPS centralized monitoring system: UPS data is
for shutdown software. Each server reports to the safe
shutdown program via SNMP card or SiteMonitor software,
and can only accept the alarm data of one UPS

UPS Dry Contact Card:
Installed in the SNMP card slot of Emerson UPS, used for
remote monitoring of industrial device and building
management, hot-swappable, easy-to-install
The dry contact card can provide 4 relay outputs to remote
device: UPS battery operating status, UPS battery low
voltage status, UPS bypass operating status or standby
status, and UPS fault status. Each dry contact can provide
two optional interfaces: normally open or normally close.
The dry contact card can also accept 3 digital inputs and
among these inputs, two inputs control the UPS startup
and shutdown respectively,
