CATEGORY 1: E-1 through E-6 and Cadets (E-1 thru E-6
and Cadet Sponsor and dependents will receive the rate
that applies to Category #1. Each additional sponsored
room will receive the rate that applies to Category #2).
CATEGORY 2: E-7 through E-9, O-1 through O-3, WO-1
to CW-3, Widows, Medal of Honor Recipients, 100%
Disabled Veterans, and Category 1 sponsored rooms (see
above).
CATEGORY 3: O-4 through O-10, CW-4 and CW-5,
Active and Retired Department of Defense Civilians,
Foreign Military assigned to a U.S. Military installation only,
DoD Contractors assigned to a U.S. Military installation only.
Room rates are subject to pay grade and party size verification upon check -in.
Upon check-in, a valid military I.D. or DoD I.D. is required. Sponsored guests
must be accompanied by the Military DoD sponsor at check-in and through
out the stay. Above rates are based on two adults occupying a
standard/poolside room and four adults occupying the suites. Add $15.00 per
additional adult, 18 years or older. Maximum number of rooms per sponsor is
3. Maximum occupancy of Standard and Poolside rooms is 5, Magnolia Suite is
5, Junior Suites are 6, Family Suites are 8, Garden Suite is 4 and the Palm Suite
is 14. Military sponsors should not reserve additional rooms under their name
for the other eligible military/DoD sponsors. Reservations are not transferable.
Room rate will be based on the highest ranking occupant of the room. If an
occupant is eligible for multiple rates, the highest rate will be used. Example
1, a retired 06 (Cat 3) that is also a 100% Disabled Veteran (Cat 2) will pay the
category 3 rate. Example 2, a retired E7 (Cat 2) that is currently a DA Civilian
(Cat 3) will pay the category 3 rate. Please note: Guest room rates are subject
to change without notice.
