The registration on the basis of “First Come First
Served”. As the seats are limited, earlier registration is
recommended. Interested participants are requested to
fill the accompanying form and send the same to the
coordinator. Registration fee will be accepted only by
Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Jeppiaar Institute of
Technology-CSI”, payable at Chennai. The registration
fee includes registration kit, food and beverages and
certificate of participation.

ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Jeppiaar Educational Trust was started in 1987 to promote
technical education in India. The Trust started Sathyabama
Engineering College in 1988 which obtained the status of
University in 2001. Many engineering colleges are presently
run by the Trust that hold top ten positions in the state of
Tamilnadu. The trustees carry more than 25 years of
experience in administrating several educational institutions.
With such a vast experience in administration of colleges and
universities, Jeppiaar Remibai Educational Trust established
Jeppiaar Institute of Technology in 2011 to provide more
academic excellence in technical and management education.
A rich heritage of academic excellence is given by the
college with its strong infrastructure, unrelenting endeavours
in imparting technical education to budding engineers. The
main aspiration of our institute is to prepare prospective
students with essential skills, knowledge, confidence and
expertise in state-of-the-art technology in order to perform
their work professionally and outstand with higher
dynamism. In additional to all we have “Thin Client” &
Robotics Lab to further enhances students skills to crack the
opportunities to flee in the growing fields.
ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
In this high-tech era, information is something without which
industry and individuals cannot survive and their success
depends on the ability to acquire accurate and timely
information. In the recent years, the world has seen the area
of Information Technology rapidly growing. Keeping this in
mind Jeppiaar Institute of Technology started a B.Tech.
degree level program in Information Technology in the year
2011. The objective of the curriculum in Information
Technology at Jeppiaar Institute of Technology is to provide
a high quality world class education in Information
Technology at the Bachelor level (UG). It provides excellent
hands on training for students who seek employment in a
wide variety of IT-related fields. The Department has well
qualified and efficient faculty members to achieve this
objective.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This Two days faculty development program aims to
deliver industry ready web technologies by top-notch
technical trainers from IT and veteran professors from
academia. This program will improves the teaching
skills of faculty members for delivering java based and
w3c based web technologies.
