Data Merge and Print
Easy Print Utility
The Easy Print Utility lets you merge
and print files created with different
applications. You can check the file on a PC
before printing, or edit it by rearranging
pages or changing them to a 2-in-1 or even a
16-in-1 format. You can also add a header,
footer or watermark before printing. After
editing, you can save the image as a PDF file.
This greatly reduces the number of trial
prints and misprints.
Cutting Office Costs
Built-in DECT Phone System
Panasonic's DECT comes as standard equipment, so there's no more need to
purchase a separate cordless phone. Up to six phones can be added, so
everyone in the office can install a cordless phone at their own desk and use it as

mobile users, the new KX-MB2062CXB and KX-MB2061CXB are able to
convert received voice messages into a standard .wav file
and received fax documents into PDF format,
both of which are accessible on most Smartphones.*1
