DESCRIPTION
The SPD Series is a general purpose, solid state, piezoresistive pressure
sensor packaged in a dual-in-line configuration to accommodate 6-pin through
board PCB mounting. The sensor consists of a gage pressure sensing chip
that is attached inside of the plastic housing where pressure can be reached in
the back side of chip via the molded pressure port.
The devices ranges from 5 psi to 100 psi. They are shipped in a plastic tray.
