INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mount unit in appropriate, well-ventilated area using screws or cable ties provided.
2. Attach black wire to clean ground. NOTE: The ground wire (the third wire) MUST be firmly
attached to a fully grounded metal chassis member. If the wire loosens, or is attached to the
plastic, or not attached at all, the flasher will not work.
3. Fold plug and insert into flasher receptacle.
4. Activate turn signal switch. NOTE: If lamps light, but will not flash, remove plug and fold in
opposite direction. Insert plug per Item No. 3.

BUILT-IN SHORT CIRCUIT/OVERLOAD PROTECTION:
If the ULTRAFLASH ELECTRONIC FLASHER fails to operate due to short circuit or overload condition, it will
temporarily turn itself off. If the flasher is continually shutting itself off, the vehicle wiring will have to be inspected for
short circuits or excessive loads.

ULTRAFLASH II is a solid state (completely electronic)
heavy duty flasher. It provides continuous service at maximum
current levels of 25 amps maximum @ 12.8 VDC or the
equivalent of 12, 32 candlepower bulbs.

The electronic components of ULTRAFLASH II are sealed into the rugged die-cast aluminum housing with a polyurethane potting compound. This protects the electronics and the case allows for very efficient dissipation of heat. The unit
is provided with a 11'', 14 awg lead wire assembly.
ULTRAFLASH II can be mounted with the 2, #6 x Y," type AB phillips pan head screws or 2, 4" cable ties provided. The
unit, as with any electronic device, should be mounted in a well-ventilated area. Since the die cast aluminum housing is
conductive material, care should be taken during installation not to cause a short circuit when working around "hot circuits" on the fuse block.
Although the unit is short circuit and overload protected, we still recommend that proper fusing be used in the flasher
circuit.

TRUCK-LITE.
