links to this policy (collectively, the “Sites”), you agree to be bound by the following notice governing

programs and services for people who are older or have disabilities and their caregivers. This
information, and its inclusion here, is provided as a public service for informational purposes only, and

designated as such, no service listed in this website is provided by Philadelphia Corporation for Aging.
PCA cannot and does not guarantee or make any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy,
reliability, or completeness of information included in the Sites, nor does PCA accept any responsibility

Rules for User-Generated Content
PCA reserves the right to refuse to post or to edit or remove, in whole or in part, any submissions you
make to the Sites (i.e. user-generated content including but not limited to comments, forum messages,
and photographs) (the “Submissions”) that is, in PCA’s sole discretion, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or
otherwise unacceptable or undesirable. PCA has the right but in no way the obligation to exercise such

Comments must reflect the subject under discussion. You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise
publish on to the Sites any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal
material. You further agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse others, use defamatory or
discriminatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless
messages or "spam." The Sites shall be used only in a noncommercial manner. You shall not, without
the express approval of PCA, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of
funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
By submitting information to the Sites, you grant PCA a perpetual, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free,
sub-licensable license to the Submissions, which includes without limitation the right for PCA or any
third party PCA designates, to use, transmit, copy, cache, tag, encode, modify, adapt and display such
information in any and all media now know or hereinafter devised and represent that you have all
necessary rights in such Submissions.
Third-Party Information and Websites
Information relating to third parties unrelated to PCA, including advertisements by third parties and
links to websites operated by third parties (Third-Party Websites), is provided solely for informational
purposes, and does not constitute an endorsement by PCA of the accuracy or reliability of any
information, products and/or services provided by such third parties, nor does it signify any affiliation
between the advertiser or Website owner and PCA. Further, PCA assumes no responsibility for products

You assume complete responsibility and risk in your reliance on information contained in any

Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

infringement, please notify our Designated Agent (indicated below) in writing. Pursuant to the Digital
Millennium Copyright Act, we will, upon receiving effective written notification of such a claim, promptly
remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
To be effective, the notification must include the following information:
1. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted
works are claimed to be infringed on the Sites, then provide a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the material on the Sites that you claim infringes on the copyrighted work(s) and that
is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to enable us
to locate the material.
3. Your mailing and e-mail addresses and your telephone and fax numbers, so that we can contact you.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, RELEASE AND HOLD PCA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL SUITS, CLAIMS, EXPENSES (INCLUDING
REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES), INCLUDING CLAIMS ALLEGED TO ARISE OUT OF PCA’S OWN CONDUCT,
NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE, OR ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE THIRD-PARTY
WEBSITES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, INCLUDING ALL DAMAGES UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT PCA HAD OR SHOULD
HAVE HAD ANY NOTICE OF YOUR CLAIMS.
