To View Previous Requests?
Sometimes you want to see a closed request. You could keep track of your old emails.
The Helpspot portal, however, gathers your requests into one location.
1. Look at your Dock
Don't know the URL (address) of the portal? The tech department has thoughtfully put
a icon near the Trash for you. Click it and your browser will open to the portal.

If you've never created a login, you must do so once.
1. Enter your email address
2. Click Create.

HelpSpot automatically sends you an email when you click Create.
5. Reset your password
Click the "Click here to reset your password"
