Users of EvaSys Education automation software can now enjoy a range
of additional benefits thanks to EvaSys Insight.
EvaSys Insight is a reporting visualisation tool and an Add-on to
EvaSys Education. It gives users a range of visual reporting options
that can be used to report directly on KPIs for the organisation. Using
the data collected from their course and module evaluation, institutes
can use EvaSys Insight to access deeper level analysis, as well as a
range of graphical tools to present results visually, and numerically
so that they are much easier to understand and action.
How does EvaSys Insight work?
Integrated into EvaSys Education, it comprises pre-built reports that provide an interactive visualisation of the
information already stored in your course and module evaluation system. Authorised users can instantly see their
performance against target on a range of KPIs and, with just a click of the mouse, drill down to view the relevant
information in the right amount of detail, in an easy-to-understand graphical format. This can be used to measure
performance against departmental and organisational performance indicators or KPIs on an ongoing basis. Here are
some examples:
1. Overall student satisfaction
The overall satisfaction can be determined by a single
question or series of questions in student surveys, such
as the quality of course materials, teaching, course
materials- drill down by school, division, course module.
2. Trending response rates
The number of students responding and successfully
completing surveys across courses and modules- drill
down by school, division, course module, year of course,
demographics.
3. Query by module year on year
The performance of modules year on year, using data
collected from previous years - drill down to division,
course, module, lecturer, year, term.

Who can use EvaSys Insight?
EvaSys Insight can be used by universities and institutes offering higher education provision in the UK and who use
the EvaSys Survey Automation Suite. EvaSys Insight can also be used in conjunction with MBE Module Benchmarking™
to access performance data from the sector.
EvaSys Insight enables the automatic distribution of key management information to all authorised users. For EvaSys
users, this is via tight integration into EvaSys Education. Other users, such as senior management team members,
can easily access this interactive data visualisation in a range of different ways – e.g. via a standard web browser (PC
or Mac), SharePoint, intranet, smartphone or tablet.
