OPERATIONAL UPDATE, January 2016 29 February, 2016 Key Events of January 2016 /02 During the winter period Mriya Agro Holding is focusing on preparation and repairs of the equipment for the upcoming spring season and on professional education and training of its personnel. Mriya has repaid almost $16 million of the $25 million of Working Capital facility that it raised in June 2015. The repayment period of the c. $9 million balance approved by the Working Capital providers is until 30 April 2016. The available cash of up to c. $9 million is pledged to the Working Capital providers on a ring fenced account with the agent bank. Currently, the company is in negotiations to obtain working capital for the 2016 season. The non-binding Head of Terms for the debt restructuring have been agreed by the Bank and Bondholder Coordinating Committees and presented to the rest of the banks. To proceed with implementation of the debt restructuring, the company together with its legal counsel, the Provisional Liquidator and the creditors’ financial advisors is in the process of drafting restructuring agreement between all the creditors. Therefore, winter crops are forecasted to be in a good condition. The company is preparing an audit of winter crops in early March and currently developing the respective audit plan. The balance of the inventory has been sold and delivered during February. Until delivery, the inventory belonged to the group’s newly created trading companies which have no liabilities to legacy creditors and is pledged to the W/C lenders.
