 ZUGFeRD
The ZUGFeRD format has been developed to enable the exchange of electronic invoices for everyone involved.
 XEE Lite
XEE Lite enables our customers to integrate partners that have to do without a separate EDI infrastructure.
 Document check
The document check module supports the check.
 Process notification
The process notification allows the definition of partial and entire processes. Consequently, it is possible to monitor process runtimes and to react to specific operations in due time.
 Statistics
The further development of our known statistics function has opened up entirely new possibilities. High level and document level analyses are possible via ‘Drill Down’.
 Wizard for Alert Management configuration
The wizard facilitates the configuration of the Alert Management. Consequently, e-mails can be sent quickly and easily to defined EDI partners.
 Extended mail service
In the extended mail service, recipients from a stored list will be informed about transmissions with special statuses.
 Support during operation
Automated monitoring of the communications during the FIS/xee operation.
 FIS-OFTP Communication
Our FIS/xee own OFTP communication covers the usual functions for communications via the
OFTP 1 / 2 log.
 FIS-XEE communication
The new communication enables the configuration of further processing operations. It is also possible to configure functional process chains easily and quickly and to monitor them transparently.
 Transmission log – auto refresh
The display of the transmission log overview can be refreshed automatically every x seconds.

 Messages
 Confidential messages (e.g. personal data, wage data etc.)
 Message is active/inactive
Inactive messages will no longer be identified during scanning.
 Message description
A message description can be defined.
 Partner management
Name field 2 (name 2) added. Direct access to vendor / customer master.
 Partner category
The partner category can be used for pooling partners into groups/categories.
 FIS System active/inactive
If the system is not active, transmissions will be completed with status ‘red’.

 Graphical Workbench – the visualization of mapping functions enables the creation of simple conversions.
 Mapping Management
– loads all mappings from a specific directory.
 Mapping History
Documents mapping changes with date, time and user. In addition, a text can be entered.
 Change of data ‘on the fly’ in the debugger - structured change of test data.
 WSDL Designer
 Display and editing of structure characteristics in a separate window.
 New function
‘Create as function’
removes the marked section from the editor and creates a new function.
 Mapping Metadata
– display of the metadata during saving.
 Complete partner/message data is provided in FISXEE.Partner or FISXEE.Data.
 New message structure – generate CSV from SAP table.
