YOUR CHALLENGE
You are primarily responsible for further exploiting existing client relationships and ensure available resources are devoted to clients. By developing a clear understanding of the needs of each
account, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance the depth of services on offer.
The role externally is to be seen as a focus on high profile client engagement, defining and articulating the appropriate strategy and offer to senior decision makers across multiple markets.
You like to be challenged and that is why You are not afraid of exploring new business and opportunities outside the Netherlands or outside Europe. Due to Your drive, knowledge and ambition, the
account team will need you for advice, guidance and coaching. Not only the account team will
need you, the board will approach You as a sparring partner regarding the commercial performances and client information.
YOUR SKILLS
You’ll need passion and ambition along with a proven record and have managed global brands. You
have an outstanding background within the design and branding industry. You have the knowledge
of project management methodologies and are able to keep the overview, while delegating is not a
problem and You trust your colleagues in their professionalism.
You are a creative, lateral thinker who can act successfully at both long-term strategic and shortterm operational level. That’s about thinking, if we look at your speaking and writing, You are fluent
in English (native).
