Liners are chemical nitrating. This is an important heat-treating process
that alloys nitrogen onto the surface of a metal to create a case hardened
surface.
If required, we can provide Liner Kit or Engine Kit, depending on your
needs.

measurement machine.

Aluminum Pumps are on stock for the most common wheel loaders

accuracy in material selection, manufacturing process and tests on all part
details, gear pumps have reached top quality and permit to work under
heavy operating conditions and transmit high hydraulic power.

including bimetal bushings. Pins are made with special alloy steel
42CrMo4, one of the best material to approach the tempered surface
treatment, Pins are subject to induction hard treatment to reach 58-62Hrc
till 5 millimeters depth and completely grinded to increase its lifetime
against the fatigue failure.
