1. Attach wall box adapter to wall using
the four screws provided.
TIP: The box is designed to enable the
installer to hang the box from a partially
inserted screw; tighten screws.
2. Remove 1 meter (40 inches) of jacket
from the cable and trim Kevlar™ strands
flush with jacket. The buffer tube will
extend from the jacket.
Step 1
3. Strain relieve all cables 12.5 mm (1/2”)
from end of the jacket with tie wrap so the
cable is winding into the box following the
fiber direction arrows.
4. Terminate all VF-45 sockets per
termination instructions.

5. Identify the sockets.
6. Wind all buffer tubes together in a
counter-clockwise direction, inserting the
buffer into the fiber guides.

7. Slide each socket into its appropriate slot.
IMPORTANT:
Fiber bend radius must not
exceed 1 inch. (13 mm)

8. Install faceplate by sliding the four tabs
into the catches.

9. Insert labels and clear windows. Use
opaque windows if labels are not required.
10. Insert icons into appropriate locations.
