Call for Papers
Dear Colleague,
EPE-PEMC Council in co-operation with EPE - European Power
Electronics and Drives Association and with the IEEE Power
Electronics Society are pleased to announce the 15th International
Conference EPE-PEMC-ECCE 2012 NOVI SAD part of the IEEE
ECCE (Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition) Worldwide
Series.
Submissions
Paper submissions: Prospective authors are kindly invited to
submit their manuscript in the form of 3-5 pages Synopsis using
On-line submission system.
Special Session Proposals: Proposals are sought from those
wishing to organize a special session. A special session consists of
five papers, which should present a unifying theme from a diversity of
viewpoints.
Tutorial Proposals: The Conference Committee intends to arrange
tutorials to be held prior to the Conference, and solicits proposals for
appropriate subjects.
Exposition-Industry
Exposition: The industry, small and medium companies,
publishers, public companies, associations and others are invited to
present their products and their programs, enhancing exchanges
between academia and industry.
Industry sessions: The industry partners/sponsors of the
conference will have opportunity to participate in an industry sessions.
Industry-Students Forum: A special contact sessions will be
organize in order to meet students with industrial partners
Language: The official language of the conference is English, both
for the publications and for the oral presentation.
The submission of papers, proposals for tutorials and special
sessions will be done electronically through the EPE-PEMC 2012
ECCE Europe web site, where you can find detailed information on
submission procedures and preparation of proposals.
EPE-PEMC 2012 ECCE Europe NOVI SAD proceedings will be
entitled for publication in the IEEEXplore and Engineering Index (Ei)
Compendex databases. In order to ensure compatibility of the
systems, authors are asked to follow the IEEE guidelines offered
through the conference web site.

About Novi Sad – Conference venue
Novi Sad is the capital of the Autonomous
Province of Vojvodina and Serbia’s secondlargest city.
Its municipal population is over 370,000. The
city is located on the banks of the Danube
River and Danube-Tisa-Danube Canal, while
facing the northern slopes of Fruška Gora
Mountain. Since it was founded in 1694, Novi
Sad became the centre of Serbian culture and
earned its nickname Serbian Athens. Today,
Novi Sad is a large industrial and financial
centre of the Serbian economy; and it is also
one of the biggest construction sites in the
region. It is also well-known as a multiethnic
and multi-religious city, with quiet and peaceful
streets and high level of tolerance. The climate
