SD-Display-1.5 allows to display two lines of height characters and one error status
light.
Three keys are allowing to navigate in display menus, and if needed to change
parameters values.
Displays installation
This display is delivered with program inside, ready to install on machine. There is no
need to program this display.
SD-DISPLAY-4.3C
SD-DISPLAY-4.3C is a graphical color display, allowing to display up to 8 analogical
values and 6 digital status.
An error status is displayed on screen.
Three keys are allowing to navigate in display menus, and if needed to change
parameters values.
A fourth key allows to come back to main page.

Downloading a program to displays
SD-DISPLAY-1.5
SD-Display-1.5 is delivered ready to connect to a SmartDriveTM controller. There is no need to
download program to SD-Display 1.5.
SD-DISPLAY-4.3C
Displays installation
SD-DISPALY-4.3C is delivered ready to show screen generated with PHASES Easy designTM.
You will need to initialize screen layout to the display before installing it on the machine.
The screen layout you have done in PHASES Easy Design has been saved in EAS file, and
will be sent to the SmartDriveTM controller.
When starting up, SmartDriveTM controller will initialize display with the screen layout you have
produced in PHASES Easy DesignTM.

If you have a display application dedicated to your machine :
Please download dedicated program to the SD-DISPLAY-4.3C (see paragraph “Dedicated
Software installation for SD-DISPLAY-4.3C”, page 13).
The place you will install the displays must respond to following criteria :

• The displays must be installed in driver's viewing area, to let him view instantaneously any error occurrence (error status).
• The display must not prevent the driver to view his moving or working area.
• Machine's driver must be able to manipulate the display, for example to navigate in menus.

Accepted mounting torque with mounting cover is 2,5±0,2 Nm.
Please secure the screws with the thread locker medium strenght (e.g. Loctite 243).

Poclain-Hydraulics SD-DISPLAY-1.5 is connected to the machine using one M12 5 contacts connector.
SD-Display-1.5
SD-Display-1.5 has one M12 5 contacts connector.
CAN-H and CAN-L signals must be connected to CAN-bus with shortest possible cable.

In case you would need to download software consecutively in a single display it is
necessary to delete the file “DodBinUpdateProtocol.txt” on USB key before
restarting a download.
This operation is not necessary if software has to be downloaded in several displays.
