Perfect solution for all of your time and temperature critical
deliveries, and non-standard dimension or value shipments.
The services consist of instant pickup of your shipment, sending
it by the nearest flight or road transport, and delivering it in the
shortest possible time to the appointed address. Within these
services we arrange cargo plane charters, courier-on-board
services, and even transport of dangerous goods or dry ice
shipments according to IATA and ADR regulations. Pricing
is personalized for each individual shipment.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Insurance
For customers shipping goods with declared value. The minimum fee
entitles to shipment cost compensation from the insurer in case of loss
or damage. The insurance needs to be marked on the shipment proof along
with the real value of transported goods.
Neutral Delivery
GOGREEN Climate Neutral
Cost: 75 PLN per shipment
Cost: 1% of declared value, not less than 52 PLN per shipment
Service which helps to reduce negative effect of carbon dioxide produced
during each international air shipment.
Cost: 0
.4 PLN for each kg of the shipment, not less than 0.4 PLN per
shipment
Diplomatic Shipment
Transport of diplomatic shipments according to Vienna Convention on
diplomatic relations, 1961, with all standards of security and confidentiality
maintained. Air shipments, only available for diplomatic posts.
Cost: 21 PLN per shipment
Pick-up notification
On receiver’s request, DHL actively informs that the shipment was picked
up abroad (via e-mail, telephone, or fax). Payable service available at DHL
Customer Service - International Shipments. Free information available via
DHL e-solutions.

Delivery notification
On sender’s request, DHL actively informs that the shipment was delivered
(via e-mail, telephone, or fax). Payable service available at DHL Customer
Service - International Shipments. Free information available via DHL
e-solutions.

Proof of delivery (POD)
On sender’s request, proof of delivery (a document with scanned receiver’s
signature) is handed to the sender. Payable service available at DHL
Customer Service - International Shipments. Service available for up
to 90 days from the date of delivery.
Cost: 21 PLN per shipment
Electronic proof of delivery (POD)
Service enabling confirmation of delivery in the form of an electronic
document with the scan of recipient’s signature. Available for free in
the DHL ProView tool and at www.dhl.com.pl. Service available for up
to 90 days from the date of delivery.
Cost: free of charge
Saturday Pick-up
For selected postal codes in major business centers it’s possible to pick up
a shipment on Saturday (on client’s request). Shipments picked up on
Saturday are delivered on the next working day. Available with DHL
EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and DHL EXPRESS ENVELOPE services.
Cost: 84 PLN per shipment
Saturday Delivery
We offer a Saturday delivery service of small urgent shipments for selected
postal codes in major business centers. Available with DHL EXPRESS
WORLDWIDE and DHL EXPRESS ENVELOPE services.
Cost: 174 PLN per shipment
Duties & Taxes Paid (DTP)
The service where the shipper or a third party may be billed for any customs
duties and taxes instead of the recipient of the shipment.
Cost: 75 PLN per shipment
Service dedicated to importers importing goods which are to be delivered
to recipients with no information on their value. Customs clearance
is performed on behalf of the importer who is the only one to receive all
shipment and clearance related documents and invoices. The advantage
is saving time and money necessary for additional reloading or storage.
Split Duty & Tax
The service enables to bill duties and taxes separately – the duty is paid
by the sender or by a third party, while the V.A.T. is paid by the receiver.
This allows the receiver to get a tax return.
Cost: 75 PLN per shipment
Neutral VAT for Import Shipments
The service enables to clear imported goods in VAT document with Tax
Services Office. DHL may prepare clearance declarations for goods in
a simplified clearance process, and the Customer only shows tax calculated
and due on a VAT declaration. This service gives the possibility to improve
financial capacity of your company, and your shipments are delivered
quickly and efficiently.
Cost: 90 PLN per shipment
Receiver Pays
A service that enables ordering shipments from abroad if the receiver covers
all costs of transport and all additional charges related (payment: cash
or credit card). This service is dedicated to customers who pick up the
shipment personally in a previously chosen DHL Customer Service Point.
Cost: 21 PLN per shipment
Printing Waybills
The service enables printing data on paper waybills according to client’s
request and delivering them to the indicated address. Free printing
of waybills is available via DHL e-solutions.
Cost: 45 PLN for every 50 waybills
Change of Payer
The service enables changing of the payer upon Customer’s request.
After issuing the invoice the change of payer can be made upon the written
request of the Customer with DHL account. Additional charge will be billed
to the new payer indicated in the “Payer’s change form”.
Cost: 45 PLN per each invoice
Extended Printed Invoice
Charge related to the delivery to the Customer of the invoice with additional
details about sender and receiver of the shipment. It also enables receiving
Excel attachment to the invoice.
Cost: 6 PLN per each invoice
eInvoice
Electronic equivalent of the printed invoice. eInvoice is a multifunctional,
reliable and easy to use service. It enables receiving email notification
concerning invoice, as well as viewing and printing waybills for invoiced
shipments. eInvoice is activated and can be accessed at www.efaktura.dhl.pl.
Free of charge
Packaging
We recommend free of charge standard DHL packaging, such as cardboard
and foil envelopes. At our customer’s request, we offer a wide range of
specialized packaging enabling transport in controlled temperatures, above
or below zero. DHL experts will advise you on proper packaging selection.

Cost: Depending on the selected packaging
All the prices are in PLN and they will be increased by appropriate tax on goods and services.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Fuel Surcharge
The fuel surcharge is added to the basic price of the shipment (additional
services costs not included). The rate is related to fuel and diesel oil
average market price, and due to different specificity is calculated
separately for air and road transportation services.

Category B biological materials (UN3373)1
Damage repair
Neutralizing the consequences of liquid leakage or discharge of dangerous
substances from the shipment, which disrupted operational actions or caused
damage/contamination of other shipments. The charge is billed in case of:
inappropriate packaging, inappropriate labeling, no protection of shipment
contents inside the packaging, missing or inaccurate description of contents.
Cost: 130 PLN per shipment
Air transport and handling of shipments containing category B biological
material, prepared for transport according to IATA regulations (packaging
and labeling).
Non-standard element
Dry ice (UN1845)1
Cost: 108 PLN per shipment
Service available only for DHL MEDICAL EXPRESS product
Handling and transportation of shipments containing dry ice (UN1845)
used for maintaining low temperature. Additional charge for dangerous
goods in excepted quantities. Cost of special packaging and dry ice not
included.
Cost: 45 PLN per shipment
Lithium-ion batteries1
Service and air transport of deliveries containing lithium-ion batteries
according to section II of IATA Packaging Instruction (PI 965 / PI 966).
Deliveries must be packed and labeled according to the valid instructions.
Consignments packed and labeled as specified in section II of IATA PI 967
instruction are transported with no extra fee.
Cost: 22 PLN per shipment
Lithium-metal batteries1
Service and air transport of deliveries containing lithium-metal batteries
according to section II of IATA Packaging Instruction (PI 968 / PI 969).
Deliveries must be packed and labeled according to the valid instructions.
Consignments packed and labeled as specified in section II of IATA PI 970
instruction are transported with no extra fee.
Cost: 22 PLN per shipment
Dangerous goods in excepted quantities1
Air and road transport of shipments containing certain classes of dangerous
goods in excepted quantities.
Cost: 22 PLN per shipment
Handling and transportation of shipments of non-standard weight or
dimensions. It is charged when at least one shipment element exceeds
the actual weight of 70 kg or dimensions of at least one element of the
shipment exceed 1.2 x 0.8 x 0.8 m.
Non-stackable element
Additional charge is applied if any element of pallet is considered
non-stackable due to its packaging, contents or shape or visibly labeled
with “DO NOT STACK ON PALLET” sticker.
Cost: 108 PLN per shipment
Remote Area Service
Service which makes shipment pickup and delivery possible in a remote
location which is not normally covered by DHL. The charge will be billed
for pickup from remote location and for delivery to remote location.
Cost: 84 PLN per shipment
Restitution of Bank Transfer Payment1
By paying this administration fee you will restore the possibility of paying
for DHL services by bank transfer.
Cost: 40 PLN
Repeated Call for Payment1
DHL has the right to charge the Customer for the administrative fee in the
case it is necessary.
Cost: 20 PLN
Delivery address correction
In case if delivery address provided by the sender is incorrect, DHL will
ascertain the correct one with either receiver or sender.
Cost: 43 PLN per shipment
Dangerous goods in limited quantities1
Handling and transportation of shipments containing limited quantities
of dangerous goods (according to ADR regulations). This definition does
not apply to: dry ice (UN1845), category B biological material (UN3373),
dangerous goods in excepted quantities, and lithium batteries, for which
there are special types of services. This service is available in road
transport only.
Cost: 87 PLN per shipment
Additional charge applies for the Customers with permanent DHL transportation service contract.

depending on country of departure and delivery. Local regulations of health and safety at work apply. In Poland,
door-to-door service refers to unpalletised shipment elements, brought up by courier, of maximum weight 30 kg.
If the actual weight if shipment’s elements exceeds 30 kg, door-to-door service can only be executed by a courier
equipped with auxiliary tools.

CUSTOMS SERVICES
De minimus collective customs clearance
The service enables collective customs clearance of de minimus packages
with actual low value of below 22 EUR. There are no customs duties
or taxes payable for de minimus courier shipments.
Service is free of charge for packages shipped with DHL
Low value customs clearance
The service provides customs clearance for low value shipments that have
a value above 22 EUR, and which may be exempted from customs duties
or taxes based on separate provisions.
Transfer of rights to another customs agency
DHL transfers documents for customs clearance to be performed
in another customs agency.
Cost: 100 PLN per shipment
Initial revision of shipment
Initial revision of shipment at Customer’s request in order to make sure
of the package content. As requested by the Customer, goods are labeled
as “SAMPLE” to be exempted from customs duties and taxes.
Service is free of charge for packages shipped with DHL
Cost: 100 PLN per shipment without label, 170 PLN per shipment
with label
Formal clearance
Storage
The service enables customs clearance for a package or its element with
a value of 22 EUR or more, based on an individual SAD. To benefit from
this service a Power of Attorney for DHL Customs Agency is required.
Service is free of charge for packages shipped with DHL.
Cost: 8
7 PLN per formal clearance of a shipment with a value
of less than 22 EUR which can be cleared on a collective
SAD, on customer’s request.
Outlay commission
On behalf of the importer or the receiver, DHL covers the costs of duties
and taxes billed by the Customs Office during clearance. This service
accelerates customs clearance.
Cost: 2
% of customs duties and taxes, not less than 60 PLN
per shipment.
The service includes storage of a consignment at DHL headquarters
for over 3 calendar days, counting from the day following its arrival.
It is useful where customs clearance is possible and further storage
results from Customer’s decision. Holidays and weekends are included
in the free storage period.
Cost: 100 PLN for 4th calendar day and 25 PLN per each following day. For shipments of more than 70 kg the cost is 200
PLN for 4th each calendar day and 50 PLN per each
following day.
Temporary customs clearance
The service which consists of temporary clearance or inward processing
while DHL prepares the application to the Customs Office.
Cost: 100 PLN per shipment
Resettlement property
The service where DHL contacts the importer before the clearance starts.
The contact is initiated on importer’s demand.
The service consists of customs clearance of shipment containing
Customers’ personal property. Customs clearance of travelers’ personal
property involves preparation of specific customs documents.
Multi-line Entry Clearance
EORI registration
Authorization of customs clearance
Cost: 40 PLN per shipment.
The service which enables import clearance for five or more items of
different rate codes, or elements originating from five or more countries.
The costs of the service are charged to the importer or the shipment
receiver, in accordance with the authorization issued for the Customs
Agency.
Cost: 100 PLN per shipment
Transit to a ship
The service which consists on transiting a shipment via a dedicated
courier from DHL customs warehouse directly to a ship waiting in a port.
Cost: 270 PLN per shipment
Cost: 200 PLN per shipment
Service enabling customs clearance for Customers without EORI number.
DHL, acting on a temporary basis, on behalf of the Customer applies
for assigning this number. The Customer is obliged to complete
the remaining registration procedure within 30 days.
Cost: 100 PLN per application
Certificate of origin
Preparing certificate of origin, on behalf of the Customer and based
on provided documents. Legalization of the document in the local
Customs Office.
Cost: 150 PLN per document
Correction of customs clearance
The service where DHL, ordered by the Customer, prepares documents
and the text of appeal to the Customs Office. It enables to make changes
to SAD or consider additional goods documentation for customs
clearance. The service is paid by the Customer, provided that the necessity
of correction is not a result of DHL’s fault.
Cost: 270 PLN per corrected customs declaration

DHL reserves the right to call for prepaid payment of customs and tax costs, as well as commision for clearance of dutiable package.

Try DHL Online Shipping – an internet shipping solution that makes on-line courier ordering,
checking shipment prices and printing waybills really easy. This solution is available
at www.dhl.com.pl/wyslij for all customers – no contract required. All you need to set up
a profile is a DHL Customer number.
STEP 1: ENTER SENDER AND RECEIVER DATA
Fill the form with sender and receiver data.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
STEP 2: ENTER SHIPMENT DATA
Choose sending date and enter shipment details. A shipment may contain
several elements – weight, dimensions, and content description are required
for each of them. After entering any element, click “Add”.

HOW TO WEIGHT AND PAY
Volumetric weight
You may be sending a large, lightweight shipment where its volumetric
weight exceeds its actual weight. If so, the cost of the shipment is calculated
on the space your consignment takes up on the aircraft. This is a standard
IATA method, applying for all international shipments operated by DHL.
