INTRODUCTION This classification report defines the resistance to fire classification assigned to element Non-loadbearing wall made of self-supporting double skin metal faced insulating panels Paneltech PWW-S 150, with mineral wool core in accordance with the procedures given in EN 13501-2: 2007 + A1: 2009. 2. DETAILS OF CLASSIFIED PRODUCT 2.1 GENERAL The element, Non-loadbearing wall made of self-supporting double skin metal faced insulating panels Paneltech PWW-S 150, with mineral wool core is defined as a non-loadbearing wall with fire separating function used as either partition or external wall acc. to EN 14509. 2.2 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Non-loadbearing wall is made of horizontally oriented double skin metal faced insulating panels Paneltech PWW-S 150, 150 mm thick with mineral wool core and symmetrical joints. Panel width Panel thickness 1190 mm 150 mm Panel core The lamellas of mineral wool (Rockwool Polska Sp. z o.o., Poland), with nominal bulk density 105 kg.m-3, fibres melting point > 1000 oC, orientation of fibres: across the steel sheet surface, type of binder: PUF phenol-formaldehyde resin, amount 4% (Rockwool Polska Sp. z o.o., Poland). The core is glued to the facing by two components adhesive, amount 400 g.m-2 (DOW Polska Sp. z o.o., Poland). Panel covering - interior steel sheet 0,60 mm thick, grade of metal S280 (Tata Myriad, France) with SP Polyester organic coating 25 µm thick, RAL 9010, profile geometry: stepped, - exterior steel sheet 0,60 mm thick, grade of metal S280 (Tata Myriad, France) with SP Polyester organic coating 25 µm thick, RAL 9010, profile geometry: stepped. The sealant EVERFLEX 700T (Ever Build, UK) or other sealant of the same type if its ignition temperature is higher or equal to the ignition temperature of EVERFLEX 700T is applied between the panels inside the joints on the both faces. The joints of the panels are not stitched. More detailed information about product construction and manufacturers of materials is shown in the test report (see the clause 3.1 of the report [1]). 2.3 PRODUCT FIXING Each sandwich panel is fixed to two vertical supports by steel screws ∅ (5,5/6,3 x 185) mm. Screws are placed in distance 300 mm from the panels edges. Amount of the screws: 4 pcs per panel. Supports, load-bearing profiles are placed in distance 3000 mm. 3.
