Don Taylor is the president and chief investment officer for Franklin Equity Group's US Value team. He is lead portfolio manager for Franklin Rising Dividends
Fund and related products. Mr. Taylor has more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Investments in 1996, Mr. Taylor was a portfolio manager for Fidelity Management and Research Company and Pilgrim
Group. In addition, he worked for Tait, Weller & Baker as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mr. Taylor holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
