The L-115 represents the latest
development based upon years of
experience of use of the L-110
machine in the marketplace.
The L-115 is also designed for the
shaping, sanding and dry transfer finish
decoration of edges on engineered
board. The result is a high quality
finished edge which requires no further
processing – our system eliminates the
need for staining or lacquering.
You save time and money.
The L-115 also guarantees complete
manufacturing flexibility: It is possible
to change to a completely different
profile in less than thirty minutes.
This includes changing the cutting
heads, sanding units, application wheel
and foil design. Modular workstations
allow flexibility to add or change
stations.

Description
Shaping
The twin-knive carbide tipped shaping
head equipped with finest high speed
ball bearing ensures a cutting system of
the highest quality. The shaping head is
electronically balanced and turns on a
precise spindle at 5000 rpm. Changes in
cutting heads for a new shape are implemented quickly and with the assurance of accurate repositioning.
Foil feeding
Sanding
The sanding strip is produced from
the same template used to make the
cutting blades in the shaper head. This
precise match between shaper, sander
and applicator wheels guarantees superior finishing and crisp miters. The selfcleaning sanding head stays cool, even
after hours of constant operation and
can be changed in seconds. The sanding speed is 1500 rpm.

The TOUCHWOOD® foil is applied by
infrared heated silicone rubber wheels.
To maintain complete quality control the
wheels have been shaped by the same
template used to produce the cutting
blades and sanding strips.
