The special needs of students with IEP’s or 504 Plans will be accommodated in the afternoon of each exam day
(for extra time). A late bus will be provided for these students only and will leave the school at 1:30 p.m. each
day. These students will report to the Media Center at the conclusion of the second exam period. They should
bring a small lunch or snack.
LAST DAY OF QUARTER IS FEBRUARY 3, 2016

An appeal process has been established for students who,
over the course of two consecutive exam days, would have
four major subject exams. The appeals to defer one exam to
a make-up day will be handled by the Grade Level
Administrator on a case-by-case basis, and must be applied
for by the student by January 20, 2016 to the Grade Level
Administrator.
• In the event of inclement weather resulting in a delayed
opening or a school closing, the exam scheduled for that day
will resume on the next full day of school.
