building and engineering construction industry as general or main
contractors and are qualified to satisfy the statutory requirements
of the Government Authorities or other equivalent relating to the
building and engineering construction industry or shall be
licensed contractors. And in the case, a Corporate body or firm or
partnership, such corporate body or firm or partnership must be a
Singapore registered corporate body or firm or partnership
PROVIDED ALWAYS such corporate body or firm or partnership
is not a branch of a foreign registered corporate body or firm or
partnership.
