Load Content onto the Whiteboard?
You can load slide presentations such as those created with Microsoft
PowerPoint into the Whiteboard area of Collaborate.
1. In the top right corner
of the Whiteboard area,
select ‘Load Content’.

2. If you need to skip ahead or would not
like other participants to see a slide or
image that you are moving to then you
must enter ‘Explore Mode’ or uncheck the
‘Follow’ box.
3. Use the Whiteboard
page explorer at the top
right-hand side of the
Whiteboard window to
move between slides
during your presentation.
A window will appear allowing you to select the file from your computer which you would like to
use as a slide presentation.
Note: only Whiteboard (.wbd, .wbp), Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), OpenOffice.org (.ppt, .pptx,
.sxi, .odp) and images (.bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png) can be loaded into the Whiteboard.
