Note: Listed under each category is the
number of skills assigned and completed
to a user.
Each ICD-10 skill has a short quiz prior to
receiving credit for the course. Users
must pass with 100% in order to receive
credit for completing the course.

4. Answer the Quiz questions selecting Next to continue

Note: “Please rate the relevance….” is the only required question for the survey. Users are not required
to add comments unless you choose to.

Note: Users must pass with 100% in order to receive credit for completing a course.
8. If retesting is required, select Retake to repeat steps 5 – 7
9. Select Close to complete skill
Note: Users should always select Close to complete a skill. Selecting the “x” will result in an
incomplete skill requiring the user to repeat.

Completing ICD-10 Skills and Generating a Provider CME Certificate Generating a Provider (CME) Certificate:
Once completing any of the assigned ICD-10 CM skills, with a 100% passing rate, physicians and allied
health professionals will have the ability to generate a CME certificate. The CME certificate will indicate
the amount credited based on the number of ICD-10 CM skills completed.
1. At Categories, select Provider Certificate
2. Select CME

Note: Users must answer all 5 CME Evaluation questions in order to proceed to the certificate.
4. Select Submit

6. Print as usual from any network printer
