The Basics of A Countertop Installation
Renovating projects are very exciting. We are extremely happy
and grateful to be a part of yours! We hope you find this guide
helpful – it’s designed to let you know what to expect with your
countertop installation. Congrats on your improvements or your
new build! Enjoy your new countertops!
Before Installers Arrive at Your Home Be Sure To:

•
Clear everything off of your countertops.
Clear out the sink cabinet completely.
Remove all drawers to an area away from install
site.
Remove any chemicals in case of spill.
Remove all fragile items from the area.
Clear a pathway to the kitchen for the installers
free of furnishings/materials to ensure a
safe/secure path – for your tops and our
installers .
If you are tearing out your old
countertop yourself, remove all screws
that may be protruding from the
cabinets.
Understand the full scope of work
before the install. Any variances in
those expectations – you need to
make sure you receive approval from
the professional who sold this job to
you. Your desired changes from the
original plan could change the scope
and cost of the project.
