INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD (IOCL), BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD (BPCL) and HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD (HPCL) proposes to appoint LPG
distributors under various categories at locations specified below from amongst the candidates belonging to different categories mentioned therein in the State of Haryana:

1. Individuals and Non-Individuals can apply for LPG distributorship
In case of Individual applicant, on appointment, the LPG distributorship will be jointly in the names of applicant and his/her spouse
(i.e wife/husband will be co-owner). In case, the applicant is unmarried/divorcee/widow/widower, an undertaking will be required to be
given that after marriage/re-marriage, spouse will be made co-owner. Co-owner means spouse will be 50% partner irrespective of age,
qualification and employment. Individual applicants are not permitted to enter into partnership with anyone other than their spouse.
Non-individual applicant means Government Bodies/Agencies, Organized Bodies, Societies registered under Societies Registration
Act 1860, Charitable Trusts registered with Charity Commissioner of respective State Government, Companies formed under the
Companies Act, 1956.
2. Selection for LPG Distributor will be done by draw amongst all eligible applicants. All applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria will be
eligible for the draw.
3. Detailed guidelines on eligibility and selection process are given in the Brochure, which can be collected personally from the
address mentioned at para 8 below at a cost of ` 50/-. It can also be downloaded free of cost from the websites - www.iocl.com,
www.ebharatgas.com, www.bharatpetroleum.in and www.hindustanpetroleum.com of IOCL, BPCL and HPCL.
4. The application format can be collected personally from the address mentioned at Para 8 below along with Brochure. It is also hosted on
the Oil Company's website and can be downloaded free of cost.
5. All persons fulfilling the eligibility criteria can submit the application as per the format. Application should be made on plain paper
preferably typed or neatly handwritten as per the prescribed format.
6. While application by a candidate can be made for different locations, the same should be done in separate application forms in respect of
each location along with applicable application fee in each case.
7. Application should be submitted along with non-refundable fee of ` 1000 (Rupees One thousand only) and in case of SC/ST candidates

9. GRIEVANCE /COMPLAINT REDRESSAL SYSTEM
Any complaints received against an applicant will be disposed off as under:
a. Complainants will have to deposit ` 1000/- as complaint fees through a demand draft in favour of concerned OMC along with the
complaint. Complaints which are not accompanied with the deposit of ` 1000/- will not be investigated.

Anonymous complaints will normally not be investigated.
Complaints received against the applicants will be investigated only if the applicant is selected in the draw.
Complaints will be entertained only if it is received by the office of the OMC within 30 days from the date of declaration of draw result.
In case the complaint is received against the selected candidate but within 30 days from the date of declaration of result, the same will be
examined and action taken as appropriate.
GENERAL
The company reserves the right to cancel/withdraw/ amend this advertisement or extend the due date at its sole discretion without
assigning any reason.
Applicants can submit only one application for one location. In case more than one application is received from an individual, they will be
clubbed together and treated as one application and application fee of all the other applications will be forfeited.
Applicant should number all pages of the application including affidavits attached therewith and sign on each page.
All affidavits/undertaking have to be submitted in original along with the application.
Only those documents that are sought in the Application format should be submitted along with the application. Any other document(s)
attached with the application will not be considered.
Applications received after the cut-off date including postal delay will not be considered. No correspondence will be entertained by
respective Oil Company in such cases.
Except for locations advertised under 'Open' category, the eligibility certificate(s) for the other categories has to be submitted along with
the application. However, applicants applying under Defence Personal category have the option to submit the original eligibility certificate
from DGR on the day of draw of lots also.
If any statement made in the application or in the documents enclosed therewith or subsequently submitted in pursuance of the
application by the candidate at any stage is found to have been suppressed / misrepresented / incorrect or false affecting eligibility, then
the application is liable to be rejected without assigning any reason and in case the applicant has been appointed as a distributor, the
distributorship is liable to be terminated. In such cases the candidate / distributor shall have no claim whatsoever against the respective
Oil Company
The selected candidate will be required to deposit an amount of ` 25000/- or ` 50000/- as applicable with the concerned Oil Company
before Field Verification of Credential (FVC) is undertaken. Selection of the candidate is liable for cancellation along with forfeiture of the
amount deposited by the selected candidate before FVC if false/incorrect/misrepresented information has been given in the application.
Applicant must provide all information sought against various items mentioned in the Application form. If selected, at the time of
verification, the applicant will have to provide all documents in original in support of the information furnished in the application. Failure to
present these documents in original at the time of verification will result in cancellation of selection along with forfeiture of the amount
deposited by the selected candidate before the Field Verification of Credentials (FVC).
The envelope containing the application, duly filled in, should be super scribed as under: "This application is for LPG Distributor at
_________________ (location) of____________(Name of Oil Company)".
This is purely a business proposition and not an application for job in the respective Oil Company and has normal business risks and also
does not guarantee any assured returns or profits.
This is only an application and not an offer of LPG Distributorship.
