Superheat of outlet referigerant is around 2~3 2~3℃ , water flows into the cooper tube which is easily cleaned 2. Comparing with falling film exchanger , the constructure is more simple and the heat transfer efficiency is close. Comparing with dry type evaporator, the heat transer efficiency is high. P1 of the evaporator outlet is transferred to controller through pressure sensor and overheat is transferred to controller through temperature sensor,after controller handling the signal, it will output the instruction to stepping motor of the electronic expansion valve, then the valve will be opened to the position needed to guarantte the liquid requirment of the evaporator. No matter under any situation like standard ,varialbe working condition or full load,the high COP will be achieved Main Component orificed plate-throttle system it is based on Bernoulli equation which makes refrigerant partely shrinked at the oil surface plate to reduce the temperatuer and pressure Main Component Oil surface plate-throttle system the oil surface plate is combined by two plates with holes which adopts 2 steps throttle. When refrigerant passes 1st plate, it arrives at saturated liquid line and produce some flash gas which will occupy some space and keeps flashing, which makes the refrigerant fluctuation within 20% when passing 2nd plate to adjust the refrigerant circulating volume automatically.
