AG Bell accepts orders online and by fax, mail or email. AG Bell will not accept orders over the phone. Product pricing and
details for materials available for sale are available from the online bookstore, which supersedes any previous AG Bell
catalog, flier or sale.

Fax, Mail or Email
Please use the paper order form to complete book orders via fax, mail or email as well as for corporate orders. To help
process your order efficiently, please fill out our form completely and clearly. Include your full street address, as UPS will not
deliver to P.O. boxes. Please include payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) or check.
Payment Information
For online orders, AG Bell accepts credit card purchases only (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). For fax, mail or email
orders, AG Bell accepts credit card and check payments. Please continue reading for information on corporate orders and
purchase orders. Orders under $25.00 must be prepaid. Orders more than $25.00 must be accompanied by a check, credit
card or an official purchase order from a school, agency or business.
Shipping & Handling

Delivery
AG Bell will process your order in approximately 5-10 business days after receipt. Please allow additional time for shipping
transit.
Corporate Orders
All orders from first-time customers must be prepaid. Advanced payment is also required for any order less than $25.00
total value. Established customers in good standing may use a purchase order for any item exceeding $25.00 total value. For
purchase orders, terms are Net 30 Days. See "bulk order information" for discounts on purchases of 10 or more. Our Federal
Tax Identification Number is 53-01966-44. All purchase orders must be received via mail or fax.

Bulk Order Information
When applicable, a purchase of ten (10) or more of a single title receives a 15% discount off the total sale. Discounts exclude
brochures, computer software and audiovisual material. Volume discounts and membership discounts are not cumulative.
Bulk purchases are not available online. Please submit your order via fax, mail or email. If you have questions, please contact
the Publication Sales Department.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Every item in our catalog has been chosen to meet your highest expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with a
product, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days after receipt. Brochures, videotapes and computer software are not eligible for exchange or refund unless the item is defective. A return request must be faxed or mailed to the
Publication Sales Department to receive preauthorization. AG Bell does not issue cash refunds. The purchaser is responsible
for all shipping costs unless AG Bell made an error. To return merchandise, indicate the reason for return on a copy of the
invoice or publications request form. Enclose the document with your return and ship via a traceable method to:

Commercial Accounts
For overstock returns on commercial accounts, credit will be issued at the discretion of AG Bell: (1) As a credit memo used
for future purchase(s) of merchandise that expires one year from the original invoice credit date or (2) As a direct deduction
from any current outstanding invoices. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all commercial overstock returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
All shipping damages or shortages should be reported within 3 business days of receipt. If your shipment arrives damaged,
please keep the original packing container until you have contacted us. We will process your replacement order promptly.
