qualification to prove it!
These convenient one-year part-time courses will teach you
everything you need to know about leadership and all the
vital paperwork and regulations every construction project
depends on.
With the choice of online real-time classes or campus classes,
held together twice a month, it’s an easy way to upskill and
future-proof yourself.
The Level 4 Certificate suits anyone who has been working in the
construction industry and has moved up to a site supervisor role
or who wants to take this step. Plumbers, painters, carpenters
and bricklayers are some examples of the tradespeople who
enrol for this Certificate.
The course focuses on time management and planning,
workplace communication, contract administration, business
systems, taxation and supervision processes.
This course focuses on technical aspects of the trade like
construction principles, weathertightness, supervision and
procurement, and construction methods.
You’ll learn all the supervisory aspects when installing
ground retention systems, structural precast concrete units,
trademarked ceiling and wall systems, and non-structural
exterior systems.

You’ll learn to implement site safety plans, manage
specifications and quantity lists, meet employment regulations
and manage conflict so you can coordinate sub-contractors
to ensure each project is completed on time and meets the
required standards.
The Level 5 Certificate is aimed at qualified carpenters and
builders who have completed the Level 4 Certificate and want
to move into a more office-based, client-focused contract
supervisor role overseeing multiple construction sites.
