Vertical Discharge Centrifugal
The Easi-Air Range of roof mount fans includes both single phase (240V) and
three phase (410V) backward curved centrifugal impellors. Incorporating
Rotorex Solar and Palau external rotor style motors, the vertical discharge roof
fans are constructed from sturdy sheet metal and can be powder coated upon
request. For ease of access to the motor for cleaning and maintenance, the units
include release latches, allowing the wind band to be easily and quickly
removed. Bird mesh is available as an extra.
All Rotorex series motors include either Class B or F winding insulation
(dependent upon model size) manufactured in accordance with EN 60034-1
standards. All motors are fitted with automatic-reset thermal protector which is
located inside the motor winding. On single phase models the thermal protector
is integrated within the main motor winding circuit and has automatic reset,
where-as all three phase models have external leads which have to be connected
to third party protection devices.
The impellor assembly is dynamically balanced and every fan is run tested prior
to leaving our workshop.
