CAD and the U.S. State Department, October 3 through October 17, 2008, and led an intensive two-week
training program in negotiation for Laotian officials at the Institute of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, Vientiane, Laos, under the auspices of the CAD and the U.S. State Department, May 12
to May 23, 2008.
Led an intensive two-week training program in how to teach negotiation by active-learning methods for
26 university professors from across China at the Chinese Foreign Affairs University, Beijing, China,
under the auspices of the Ford Foundation and the Program for International Studies in Asia, August 1327, 2006.
