environmental properties such as low smoke, toxicity and non halogen acid gas emission under fire

Nexans Kukdong obtained DNV type approval certification
for Shipboard fibre optic cable (QFCI-F1)
Data processing and bandwidth transmission capability has become a critical
features in production and drilling platforms and ships. Optical cables are the
most suitable data transfer medium and Nexans Kukdong has developed an
offsore fibre optic communication cable (QFCI-F1) and obtained DNV type
approval certification. In order to meet the various customers requirements,
different type of applications and environment on board, the cable design has
been optimized to performed in harsh environment. All the above features give
enhanced performances to safety and environmental attacks while still
guaranteeing high bit rate data transmission.
Thanks to QFCI-F1 cables Nexans Kukdong has extended and completed its
existing range of data cable for shipping and offshore application.
