Verizon Promotional Period: 9/14 – 9/30
After you’ve purchased and activated your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus on device payment, follow these simple steps:
1.
Trade must be in good working & cosmetic condition. You can evaluate your device through My Verizon located on
Verizon’s website https://www.verizonwireless.com/my-verizon/
•
The device must be paid off in full.
•
The device can power on.
•
The screen is free of cracks and functioning correctly.
•
The battery is free of damage
•
The activation lock is tuned off (ex. Find My iPhone / Activation Lock)
2.
Sign in to your My Verizon account to submit your trade-in request.
3.
Follow the steps to complete the online appraisal process through My Verizon.
4.
Keep track of your submission.
a. Be sure to write down your submission ID for tracking purposes. Keep this page for your records.
b. Submission ID ___________________ Today’s date (submission date) ___________________
5.
Prepare your old device to send back to Verizon Wireless.
6.
Erase anything personal.
a. Delete any personal data (contact list, photos, text messages, etc.) from your device.
b. You can refer to your owner’s manual or the manufacturer’s website to see how this is done.
c. Be sure to remove expandable memory or SIM cards.
d. If you have an iPhone, you must turn off Find My iPhone. The value will be reduced if Find My iPhone is not
turned off.
e. Content cannot be recovered once deleted.
f. Phone cannot be returned after mailed or received by Verizon.
7.
Send in your old device using the shipping materials you receive in the mail from Verizon.
a. Use the prepaid, self-addressed shipping kit to return your device within 30 days of the submission date.

8.
Trade-in credits split over 24 months will begin appearing on your bill on the third bill cycle.
9.
Once we receive your device, we’ll evaluate it. The value of the device is subject to change based on the condition of
the device upon receipt. Once the device has been evaluated, trade-in credits will start appearing on your bill on the
third bill cycle.

By participating in the Verizon Device Trade-in Program, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
You represent and agree that you are authorized to trade in your device to Verizon and that you have ownership, title and
interest in any device submitted under the Program. By participating, you agree to transfer all ownership, title and interest in
the device to Verizon.
You also agree that any device you submit will not be returned to you, and that any content cannot be recovered.
You agree to accurately represent the make, model and condition of your device in your Program submission, and that its final
appraised value may be adjusted if:
• Your device does not match the make, model and condition in your Program submission;
• You do not ship your device using the provided shipping packaging we provide;
• We receive your device more than thirty (30) days after your Program submission;
• Your device has been “locked” and cannot be reset or activated;
• Your device does not meet the eligibility requirements for the promotion code entered; or
• You return or exchange your device purchased under a promotion for another device not eligible for that
promotion.
If you received promotional value when trading a device, and/or instant savings towards the purchase of a new device at the
time of your trade, you agree that you will be charged for these values if you do not maintain active service on your new device
for three billing cycles. Verizon will also charge back any promotional Trade-in value if you return your promotional device, or
exchange it for another device.
Promotional Trade in values:

Trade in iPhone 6, 6+, 6S, 6S+
o Up to $650 promotional trade in value
•
Trade in iPhone 5, 5S, 5C, SE
o Up to $400 promotional trade in value
•
Trade in HTC One M9, LG G4 or V10, Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 edge, S6 edge+ or Note 5
o Up to $300 promotional trade in value
•
Trade in Droid Maxx 2 or Turbo 2, HTC One M8, LG G3, Samsung Galaxy S5 or Note 4
o Up to $200 promotional trade in value
•
Trade in Droid Maxx or Turbo, HTC One M7, LG G2, Samsung Galaxy S4
o Up to $100 promotional trade in value
Customer must remain active for 24 months for all credits to apply

Customer will lose all remaining promotion credits if they cancel early.
•
Customer will be entitled to the market value of the device you traded in.
•
If the monthly credits customer received are less than the market value of your trade then you will receive the
difference as an OCC (other charges and credits) in 1-2 bill cycles
