PRODUCTS WARRANTY
The company warrants product(s) against defects in materials, manufacturing, and
workmanship for a period up 60 days from the date of delivery. Written notice of any
defective material must be received within fourteen (14) days.
The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, arising by operation
of law or otherwise including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the company be liable for special or
consequential damages.
No other warranties are expressed or implied and Peck & Hale, LLC shall in no event be
liable to the buyer or any other party for damages beyond the cost of the product and
normal freight charges. In addition, no charges incurred for, but not limited to, direct or
indirect losses due to misapplication or abuse of product, injury, loss of production,
workmanship or user, acceptance of the aid of Peck & Hale personnel, or any other
reason whatsoever will be the responsibility of Peck & Hale.
