Design Features
TriSep products provide Engineered Membrane Solutions™. All of our element products are 100% inspected before shipment. Superior features of TriSep engineered membrane products include:
■ Large diameter permeate tubes made from FRP material for increased strength.
■ Larger cross section O-rings for superior compression set and resistance to cuts and abrasions.
■ Stronger Internal Interconnectors permit up to 2 inches of movement before uncoupling occurs.
■ Advanced self-centering Interconnector design allows for easier installation and decreases risk of leakage.
■ ATDs are designed for membrane to membrane flush installation, which decreases delta-P stress and improves performance.
■ Fiberglass wrapped elements include thicker fiberglass wrapping which increases element strength for long lasting performance in demanding applications.
■ High temperature elements are offered that include operating performance up to 80° C.

ACM™ Reverse Osmosis
Fully aromatic polyamide thin film Advanced Composite Membrane. TriSep's ACM™ series membranes provide increased permeate quality, increased permeate flow, high average salt rejection and consistent low operating pressures. The ACM™ product series is successfully serving customers around the world in a wide range of separation applications.
ACM-LP™ Ultra Low-Pressure Reverse Osmosis
Polyamide thin film Advanced Composite Membrane. ACM-LP™ is the leading energy saving and high productivity membrane successfully reducing our customers' capital and operating costs associated with reverse osmosis systems versus standard thin film membranes. ACM-LP™ operates at lower feed pressures and lower temperatures with increased flows up to 16,000 GPD.
ANM™ Nanofiltration Membrane series XN40 & TS80.
TriSep's advanced polyamide composite nanofiltration membranes, along with low fouling performance provide superior performance when removing viruses, organics and bacteria. ANM™ series membranes provide high salt rejection up to 90% with low-pressure operation, reducing operating costs.

AUM™ Utrafiltration membrane UE50
TriSep’s UE50 is a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with a molecular weight cut-off of 100,000
Daltons and 13,000 GPD permeate rate. This membrane can be used for pretreatment of process water, pyrogen removal and separation processes.
AMM™ Microfiltration membrane TM10
TriSep's AMM™ is an advanced PVDF microfiltration membrane used as a pre-filtration step or as a medium to separate solids from a process stream. The AMM™ TM10 series membrane elements offer up to 6,500 GPD with .2 micron pore size.
Super Blend TM reverse osmosis membrane
An industry standard cellulose acetate blend high performance membrane that is chlorine tolerant and low fouling. The SB™ series membrane is designed for difficult wastewater and other applications that provide cost effective productivity with excellent salt rejection.
ACMS™
Advanced Seawater thin film composite membranes, developed from our advanced polyamide chemistry. ACMS™ Seawater elements provide high salt rejection of 99.5% and increased flow up to 6,500 GPD.
High Temperature Elements for high temperature sanitization
TriSep offers high performance polysulfone and high temperature adhesives for specialty element products engineered for applications with operating conditions up to 80 degrees C.
TROI™ Projection Program
TriSep Reverse Osmosis Implementation (TROI) membrane projection program includes userfriendly Windows TM point and click screens with a wide variety of TriSep products. Advanced features include two stage calculations, ability to print all element specification sheets, built in competitive cross reference sheet, and chemical antiscalent dosing recommendations.
