Tools needed:
Hot Tools curling iron and flathead screwdriver.
WARNING: Make sure the iron is OFF when
performing this procedure.
Once you remove the screws,
carefully remove the clamp/flipper off.

Take styling to another level, now you can have two
styling appliances in one.
Just follow these easy steps and Hot Tools Curling
Iron will turn into a Flipperless wand in minutes.
Remove foldaway stand: Gently pull one of the
stand’s prongs out of the pin on the iron’s barrel.
It will pop out easily.
Remove the spring from the barrel: Using the small
screwdriver, gently loosen the screw - a 1/4 or 1/2
turn counterclockwise should be enough.
a) Pinch the spring’s coils together and pull the
spring out of the bracket.
b) Once the spring is out, retighten the screw.

Remove the hinge pins from the barrel:
Use a flathead screwdriver, to pop
one pin out, then the other.
Reattach the foldaway stand: Make sure the
U-Shaped portion folds underneath the handle.
VOILA! You have a Hot Tools Flipperless Curling Wand
