SOFTBALL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• There will be practice next Tuesday April 5th from 2:20p.m. –
4:00p.m., Wednesday April 6th from 3:30p.m. – 5:00p.m.; and
Thursday 2:20p.m. – 4:00p.m. Early departure for the late bus on
Tuesday and Thursday will not be a problem.
• First game: Tuesday, April 12th at Paxton.
BASEBALL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
• Baseball practice will begin on Monday April 4th rain or shine and
go until 4:00p.m.
SHOW CHOIR INFORMATION:

• There will be NO show choir practice next week (April 4th through
April 8th).
AUDITIONS FOR SHEPHERD HILL’S FANTASY SHOW CHOIR:
• Auditions for shepherd Hill’s Fantasy Show Choir will take place
next Monday and Tuesday afternoon. You must attend both days
to be considered for the group. No prior show choir experience is
required to audition. Times are: Monday April 4th 4:00p.m. –
7:00p.m. and Tuesday April 5th 3:00p.m. until they finish –
sometimes between 7:00p.m. and 8:00p.m. Arrive 15 minutes
early dressed to dance, with sneakers, dance clothes and hair up!
MUSIC PARENT MEETING REMINDER:
• Music Parents’ meeting this Monday April 4th at 6:30p.m. in the
CMS Library. Please remind your parents.
PLAY INFORMATION:
• There will be NO play practice on MONDAY April 4th
• Wednesday April 6th will be for ACT II – Scenes 7,8,9 and 10 –
PRACTICE WILL END AT 3:45
• Thursday April 7th Choreography for Scenes 6 and 9
YEAR BOOK INFORMATION:
• Please listen to announcements for when there will be a next
meeting.
CRADLES TO CRAYONS:
• Charlton Middle School and Heritage School are hosting a clothing
drive for Cradles to Crayons from March 27th to April 7th. There
will be drop-off boxes to leave donations. All clothes must be new
or like new for children ages 0-12. All donations will be greatly
appreciated.
NJHS INFORMATION:
• NJHS members there is a service opportunity to help with an
Earth Day clean up at the YMCA camp on Daniels Road in Charlton
on Saturday, April 30th. If you’re interested in volunteering,
please see Ms. Tucker.
8th grade Shepherd Hill Scheduling Dates:
• The guidance department from Shepherd Hill Regional High
School will be coming to Charlton Middle School on April 26th and
April 27th to meet with the 8th grade students.
