Instructor ClockWork Guide: Online Testbooking

1. Click on the ClockWork “Instructor” link on the Disability Services’ (DS) ClockWork webpage:
http://slds.osu.edu/clockwork/
2. Log in using your OSU username (name.#) and password.

3. Welcome to the ClockWork Instructors Welcome page. Click on “Courses” to view all courses
you are teaching this term.
4. Within a course, click on “Tests and Exams” and you will see the following page. When you
click “Tests and Exams” it will display a table showing all the tests and exams that students
have booked to write at the Disability Services testing center. This screen also lets allows you to
“confirm” the exam (e.g., approve accommodations, correct the specified test date) and upload
test materials, if needed.
