It shall provide points towards LEED certification, and also meet LEED Green Building criteria for minimum efficiency. The MERV 13 2" filter shall have 0.21 in. w.g. initial resistance at 300 fpm and a final resistance of 1.0 in. w.g. promoting low energy consumption and doubling the life of the filter. It shall be made with heavy-duty, double wall beverage board frame, 100% synthetic media, media pack support member, galvanized steel pleat support grid, and has a water repellant adhesive. The MERV 13 filter shall be able to withstand a maximum operating temperature of 200°F and carry a UL class 2 rating per UL standard 900.
