• 40% undivided interest in a 216-mile,
345-kV bulk power transmission
line and related equipment and
substations
• Delivers power to and from Clovis and
Albuquerque New Mexico, USA
• Leased to and operated by Public
Service Company of New Mexico
(PNM)
• Has the ability to transmit electricity in
two directions
• Critical east-west component for
PNM’s srevice to New Mexico’s major
population centers

LEASE DESCRIPTION
• 35-year triple-net lease that expires in
April, 2015
• On November 1, 2012 CorEnergy
entered into an agreement to sell
CorEnergy’s interest to PNM upon
lease termination in April, 2015.
LESSEE DESCRIPTION
• PNM is a vertically integrated electric
utility serving 501,700 customers and
generating 2,530 MW of capacity
• Founded in 1917, PNM has nearly a
century of experience in transmission
engineering and operations
