4-­‐CATERING All along the world championship, we will offer you a whole catering service: • From doors opening: coffee, tea, continental and English breakfasts • All day long: a vast choice of options will be proposed to you. As a matter of fact, 8 stands totally dedicated to offer you complete hot meals, including starters and desserts, from various origins and also French regional specialties. • Also, and inside the dome, 2 additional stands will provide you with the usual sandwiches, beverages and snacks, all day long. Within this framework, a specific catering space will be held, with a capacity of 400 people at a time, where you will manage to sit and eat comfortably. This all service will moreover be accessible to all, as we will propose very attractive prices. We will communicate later on more detailed explanations regarding the here above-­‐catering offer in terms of menus and rates. 5-­‐STEWARD/ESS During all your stay, you will be assigned a steward/ess . This person will be in charge of monitoring your training, guiding and helping your delegation regarding all your needs. 6-­‐PRIVATE SPACES We will put at the disposal of the athletes a lounge restaurant inside which they can have rest, eat… We will provide boards members with a “VIP space” where the lunch, prepared by a caterer, will be offered each day 5 PLANNED PROGRAMME OF THE EVENT
