Google Play Music Terms and Conditions
1. The Offer is only open to residents in the UK who:
a. have activated an Android smartphone or tablet (“Device”) on the EE
network by 31 January 2016.
b. at the time the Offer is redeemed: (i) are not current Google Play Music
subscribers; (ii) have not been Google Play Music subscribers in the
past 12 months; and/or (iii) have not participated in a Google Play
Music trial in the past 12 months.
2. The Offer must be redeemed by 29 February 2016.
3. To redeem the Offer you must:
a. set up a Google account and subscribe to Google Play Music; and
b. activate the 3 month trial of Google Play Music through the preloaded
icon on your Android device on the EE network.
c. provide a valid form of payment. A valid form of payment is required
when you set up the Google Play Music Account but will not be
charged until the end of the trial. At the end of the trial you will be
automatically charged unless you cancel your subscription.
4. If you cancel the subscription during the trial period you will not be charged,
and you will lose access to music subscription content that you accessed
during the trial period (e.g. your audio history or any playlists you have
created) once the trial ends. If you do not cancel the subscription during the
trial period you will be charged a monthly subscription fee of £9.99 starting the
day after the trial period ends, and each month thereafter until you cancel
your subscription. To cancel your subscription open the “Settings” menu in the
Google Play Music app or on the web, and follow the instructions there.
5. If you redeem this Offer, then during the trial period you will receive
subscription access to Google Play Music. Google Play Music entitles
subscribers to listen to unlimited music from the song titles available within
Google Play on a monthly basis.
6. A Google Play Music subscription is subject to the Google Play Terms of
Service https://play.google.com/about/play-terms.html.
7. If you cancel your EE plan and move to another service provider during the
trial, you will retain access to Google Play Music subscription content for the
remainder of the trial period. If you elected to use direct carrier billing as your
form of payment for the trial, you will need to update your payment method in
your Google Play Music account to continue the service once the trial has
ended. If you change your Android mobile device or phone number during the
trial, you can continue to access your Google Play Music account by logging
into the Google Play Music application with your Google Account information
on your new device.
8. This offer is subject to availability of the Device in the UK.
9. The Offer is not valid with any other offer and cannot be transferred to
anyone.
10. The Offer may be cancelled or temporarily suspended by the promoter if there
is an event outside of its reasonable control which prevents it from providing
the Offer.
