The team provides a round-the-clock, 365 days a year national
security monitoring service offering clients value for money
bespoke security solutions and full protection for their premises,
customers and staff. All forms of monitoring are available
including Redcare, IP alarm transmission on a number of platforms
such as Adpro, Dallmeier, Dedicated Micros and more,
to allowing connection to both new and existing installations.
As well as a hub for security provision the NSC also offers a
liaison and co-ordination service for accident reporting, crisis
management, and service issues. Catering for a diverse range of
customer requirements, including time and attendance
monitoring, the centre constantly refines existing services and
adds new ones to meet changing client demand.

The centre holds National Security Inspectorate (NSI) accreditation.
