INSTALLATION
1/ Please make sure the power source same with the machine’s
2/ Please install the machine on a horizontal place.
3/ Keep it away from dusty and moist working place.
4/ be sure to use in single power source only.
D、OPERATION
1/ Put the materials into mill pot then cover on and screw it tightly.
2/ Please loosen the roller’s adjuster to move the roller, then adjust the proper
distance between both rollers on the ball mill.
Put on mill pots onto
rollers.
3/ Open the main power switch, after the plug in.
4/ Set the Timer you need.
5/Turn the Speed adjuster , make sure the speed you need, then roller start to
roll.
6/ Stop during the work with the Speed adjuster to “ 0 “ , and turn offer the
main power switch.
7/ When time is over and rollers finish rotation, please , turn off the main
power, take off the mill pot. Pour out the materials and clean the pots.

E. CAUTION
1/ The distance between rollers is about : One third of round of mill pot.
2/ Calculate the speed of mill pot :
Speed of mill pot = Diameter of roller/Diameter of mill pot x roller’s
rpm.
3/ To avoid mill pots fallen down from the rollers, please Do not use
different size of port on roller to work.
F: MAINTENANCE
1 / If the motor can drive but rollers can not rotate, check the driving belt.
2/ If the ball mill can not run, please check the carbon brush of motor.
Concerning to change if necessary.
3/ Check the fuse, if the light /off for the main power
