Domino FE-Fume Extraction Clears the air around your laser, maintains high laser code quality and protects health and environment Domino FE-Fume Extraction for Laser Marking and Coding Systems Self-sufficient and Easy Maintenance of Filters Consistent code quality is guaranteed as the full intensity of the laser beam is preserved, preventing any residue on the laser lens, keeping your products clean and ready for final despatch. For many operators changing extraction filters is a mundane task which is easy to forget. Who has time to think about something that is not typically noticed on a weekly or monthly basis? Using the FE-Fume Extraction takes the guesswork out of filter maintenance. Its intelligent monitoring system based on visual icon signals on the display indicates the right time for filter exchange and hence saves costs. Our innovative FlowControl system guarantees consistent air speed and continuous high extraction performance even when the filters fill up. Once the extraction rate is set the FlowControl automatically adjusts air speed and maintains consistent extraction performance – keeping manual intervention to a minimum. Visual indicators make monitoring simple Fill- Level vs. Air Flow % 100 90 FlowControl 80 70 60 50 40 30 20 10 0 time t t+1 t+2 t+3 t+4 Flow control (motor) t+5 t+6 Fill-level (filter) Consistent air speed through FlowControl t+7 t+8 t+9 A quick tour around Domino FE-Fume Extraction For long lasting performance and intelligent monitoring For production efficiency and easy handling • Automatic start/stop signal when the laser is activated/deactivated • Animated functions and warning/ indication signals e.g.: ”Filter-WarningSignal” for filter exchange For long lasting performance and less frequent filter changes • Prolonged life cycle of the main filter due to superior pre-filter absorption of small particles • Easy, more economical and environmentally friendly to dispose due to fully incinerable housing of filters • The filter system is separated in 4 high • tech filter stages for cleaner air High grade active carbon layer provides efficient gas filtration generated by laser coding For flexible integration • Easy hose connection with two inlets on both sides and the back Technical Specification: FE-30 Signals FE-60FE-90 Visual signals for warning and disturbance alerts such as, manual entry required, filter or hose is blocked Air Flow Controlled automatic self-adjustment of blower to maintain optimum extraction rate as filters become blocked Laser InterfaceTransmits the warning signal to the laser controller when a filter reaches more than 90% of capacity. Other warning signals like filter is blocked will be also transmitted. Fume Extraction can be automatically switched on/ off when laser is activated/deactivated.
