Additions to LIST’s Management Team Reflect Focus on
Technology Growth and Development.
Arisdorf, Switzerland - August, 2012: The LIST Company recently
announced key additions to its management team. According to CEO,
Martin B. Fischer, the announcement reflects the company’s current growth
and focus on developing new technologies and applications in the industrial
processing arena.
Dr. Manuel Steiner has been promoted to Director of
Technology & Product Development. Steiner started with
LIST in 2008, as Managing Director of Process and Sales.
Throughout his career with LIST, Steiner has worked to
make new technology and product development,
especially within dry processing, a corporate strategic
objective.
Dr. Kai Joedicke was recently hired as Director of
Process, Sales, and Service. Joedicke’s 15 years of
experience in the chemical industry with technology
licensing and application development, include
experience working with many of LIST’s partners.
Joedicke will support the company’s growth and global
reach by continuing to expand into new markets and help
to reach the vision to become the technology standard in
our chosen applications.
Boyd Safrit, PhD was promoted to Research and
Development Manager, North America. Safrit’s goal is to
establish a renewed emphasis on developing technology
and new processes, as well as make LIST an innovative
force in the industry. Safrit has been at LIST for six
years.

Since taking over as CEO from Klaus List in 2011, Fischer has helped
strengthen the company’s research and development initiatives. Under
Fischer’s guidance, LIST Company has added a new Technology & Product
Development department, and recently announced plans to expand the
capacity and capabilities of its testing facility in Arisdorf, Switzerland.
The testing facility expansion will include a new customer center featuring
an advanced POC (Proof of Concept) System, an automated system that will
enable customers and LIST engineers to continue developing new processing
technologies and applications. “Innovation is the backbone of the LIST

ecological,” Fischer said.
